At Vietnam Hikers, we want you to be fully prepared for your next adventure, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn gear. If your trekking apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we are committed to making it right.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
